Plans & billing

How do I choose the right plan?
Start with your number of locations and the tools you need. Starter covers one location with up to 5,000 guest profiles, a QR digital menu, guest ordering, reservations, and 7-day analytics. Pro covers up to three locations with unlimited guest profiles and adds loyalty, campaign automation, table management, and 90-day analytics. Enterprise is for groups, franchises, and hotel F&B teams that need unlimited locations, multi-brand management, SSO, and API access.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly and annual billing use the same monthly rate. Starter is $249.99 per month ($2999.88 per year with annual billing). Pro is $599.90 per month ($7198.80 per year with annual billing). Annual billing is charged once for the year.
How is the Enterprise plan priced?
Enterprise is quoted for your group. The price depends on the number of locations and brands, the integrations you need, and the onboarding and training scope. Contact our sales team to define it.
Can I see Osoul before subscribing?
Yes. Book a demo and bring a real service scenario, such as a late cancellation, a menu question, or a campaign you want to measure. We walk through how Osoul handles it with your team's workflow.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time to unlock more locations and features. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Plans are billed monthly or annually, with no multi-year contract.
What counts as a location and a guest profile?
A location is one venue with its own tables, menu, and team. A guest profile is the record of one guest, including their visits, stated preferences, and communication choices. Starter includes up to 5,000 guest profiles; Pro and Enterprise have no profile limit.
Which currencies are accepted for billing?
Subscriptions are currently billed in US dollars (USD).

Setup & product

Does Osoul replace my POS?
No. Osoul is the guest experience and growth layer: digital menus, reservations, guest profiles, loyalty, campaigns, and reporting. It works alongside the POS you already use, so you do not need to replace your terminals or retrain the kitchen.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No proprietary terminals are required. Osoul runs in the browser. Guests use their own phones through a table QR code, your team uses tablets or phones, and managers use a laptop or tablet. Tell us which devices you already have so we can confirm the setup.
What do I need to prepare before going live?
Your menu with descriptions, prices, options, and allergens; your floor plan and table numbers; and a login and role for each team member. Enterprise plans include tailored onboarding and staff training.
Which languages does Osoul support?
The Osoul website and product experience are available in English, Arabic, French, and Spanish. Guests can read the menu in the languages you enable, so international visitors do not have to ask for a translation.
Is Osoul suitable for groups, franchises, or hotels?
Yes. Pro supports up to three locations. Enterprise supports unlimited locations with centralised multi-brand management, role-based access and SSO, and API access for custom integrations with your group's other systems.
What does the AI concierge avatar do?
Available on the Enterprise plan, the AI concierge answers guest questions in real time and suggests relevant dishes from your menu. Your team stays available for anything that needs a person.

Data, security & support

Who owns my guest data?
Your guest records belong to your business. Osoul does not sell personal information, and you can access, correct, or delete it within the platform. Service providers that help us run the platform are bound by confidentiality obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard security measures to protect personal and business data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. On Enterprise, role-based access control and single sign-on let you decide exactly who sees what.
What support is included?
Starter includes standard email support. Pro includes priority support. Enterprise adds a dedicated strategic account manager and service-level terms agreed with your team.
How should I compare Osoul with an all-in-one POS quote?
Compare the full cost over at least three years: software, hardware, payment processing, add-on modules, contract length, and onboarding. Our Why Osoul page compares pricing models and capabilities across leading restaurant platforms.
